There are brilliant OnlyFans agencies and there are terrible ones, and from the outside they look identical: nice website, big promises, friendly DMs. These questions cut through that in one call. Ask them all, every time, including with us.
Question 01Do I pay anything upfront?
The only acceptable answer is no. A real agency earns a percentage of what you earn, which means they only make money by making you money. That's the whole point: your incentives are aligned.
Walk away if: there's a signup fee, a "content strategy fee", a training course to buy, or any cost before you've earned a penny.
Question 02Who owns my account and my content?
You should. The page gets verified in your name with your ID, and your content remains yours. The agency runs it while you work together, and if you ever leave, the page, subscribers and content leave with you.
Walk away if: the account is registered to the agency, or the contract says they keep your content after you leave.
Question 03Can I leave, and how?
Fair agreements have sensible notice periods, not golden handcuffs. An agency confident in its results doesn't need to trap anyone, women stay because it works.
Walk away if: the contract locks you in for years, has huge exit penalties, or they get cagey when you ask this.
Question 04Who decides what I post?
Your boundaries should be agreed once, at the start, written down, and never renegotiated under pressure. Strategy is the agency's job. Your limits are yours.
Walk away if: you hear anything like "we'll start soft and see how you feel later" said with a wink, or pressure disguised as coaching.
Question 05How do you keep me anonymous?
Listen for specifics. The real mechanics are: blocking your home country (and any others you choose) so your page doesn't show up there, and building you a separate name and persona. If they can name these without hesitation, they've done it before.
Walk away if: the answer is a vague "don't worry, nobody will find out". Nobody serious promises a flat 100%, they explain the system instead.
Question 06What happens if my content leaks?
A proper agency watermarks everything, monitors for stolen content, and works with professional takedown services so leaked material gets removed from platforms and out of Google results. You should never be handling that alone.
Walk away if: they've clearly never thought about it, or the plan is "that won't happen".
Question 07Will you promise me an income?
This one's a trap, and you want them to fail it. Honest agencies refuse to promise numbers, because real earnings depend on consistency, content and time. What they can do is give you an honest picture based on your situation and their track record.
Walk away if: anyone guarantees you'll earn a specific amount, shows you "average" screenshots as a promise, or says the word "guaranteed" at all.
One more tip: pay attention to how the call feels. A good agency interviews you as much as you interview them, because they only earn if you succeed, so they genuinely care whether you'll stick with it. If it feels like a pushy sales call, trust that feeling.
